Obituary for Wanda Lee Virginia Gardner (Frazier)

Wanda Lee Virginia Gardner, 89, of Little Rock, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 7, 2021.
She was born July 14, 1931, in England, Arkansas to John Chester and Martha Katherine “Katie” Thorn Frazier.
She grew up in England and Humnoke, Arkansas. She retired from Kellwood after 23 years as a supervisor at the Robe Plant.
Mom always had a servant’s heart. She loved to cook and if you were blessed to eat at her table, you know what I mean. She was a very talented seamstress. Growing up Connie and I enjoyed the work of her hands. When Granddaughters came along, she loved sewing for them. She loved going to Branson with family and friends. In her later years she loved to read. More than anything else, she loved Jesus and she showed it every day in the things she did and said.
She was a member of Parkway Place Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Gardner, whom she married September 15, 1973, in Little Rock; her parents; brothers, Thurman “Dean” Frazier, Eugene Frazier, J.M. Frazier; sisters, Gladys Gates, Geneva Gates, Willie Mae Campbell, Della Bailey, twin infant daughters, and son-in-law Frank Harrison.
She is survived by her children, Debbie (Jerrell) Dortch, Connie Harrison, Randy (Regina) Grimmett, and Jeff (Melissa) Grimmett. Her grandchildren that she loved with all her heart, Jarrod (Caira) Dortch, J Dortch, Katie (Weston) Weidenbenner, Blake (Tara) Grimmett, Chase (Haley) Grimmett, Kyle Grimmett, Beth Grimmett, and Cassidy Grimmett. She had six great-grandchildren, Addisyn Preslee Dortch, Evyn Kelly Dortch, Dawson Bryant Chapman, Audrey Brooke Grimmett, Baylor Chase Grimmett, Boston Lane Grimmett, one brother J. C. Frazier. She is also survived by a host of family and friends.
Graveside service by Ralph Robinson & Son will be Saturday, March 13, 2021, at 10:00 A.M., Spring Valley Cemetery, Pulaski County, Arkansas with the Reverend Allan Greer officiating. Visitation will be one hour before the graveside service.
Honorary Pallbearers are John Frazier, Rickey Frazier, Bobby Bailey, David Gates.
