Obituary

Vernon Eugene “Bo” Gray, 85, of Cabot, Arkansas, (formerly of White Hall) passed away Sunday, November 3, 2019, at Baptist Hospital in North Little Rock.
Born in Roe, Arkansas, on February 13, 1934, he was the son of the late Robert Wesley “Jack” and Gracie Alice Lindsey-Gray.
Graduating from Holly Grove High School in 1952, Mr. Gray served in the Army where he was stationed in Germany. He married his wife, and best friend, of 60-years in 1959 and moved to Pine Bluff to begin a 41-year career with Southwestern Bell Telephone. Upon his retirement in 1999, he and his wife moved to Diamond City to enjoy Bull Shoals Lake and the Ozark Mountains.
Mr. Gray attended the Cabot Church of Christ. Previously, he was a member and past president of the White Hall Lions Club and served on the White Hall Volunteer Fire Department. He enjoyed fishing, woodworking and most of all being Paw-Paw to his grandchildren.
Mr. Gray is predeceased by his parents; infant daughter, Renee Annette Gray and infant grandson, Christopher Ryan Edwards.
He is survived by his wife, Glenna Ruth Beeler-Gray; son Randolph “Randy” Anthony Gray (Cheryl); daughter, Marla De Ann Edwards and grandchildren, Jeremy Alan Gray, Sarah Nicole Gray and Dylan Cole Seeley.
Mr. Gray was big brother to sisters, Margaret “Maggie” Haase, Ruth Ann Barnett (Bubba), Sharon Martin (Paul) and “Uncle Bo” to a number of much loved nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Wednesday, 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Robinson & Fuller White Hall Funeral Chapel.
Funeral service will be Wednesday, November 6, 2019, 2:00 p.m. at Robinson & Fuller White Hall Funeral Chapel with Chuck Ball officiating.
Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Children’s Hospital, # 1 Children's Way, Little Rock, AR 72202.
