Obituary

Pamela “Susie” Grimes Jones, 55, of White Hall, passed away peacefully Friday, August 30, 2019 at home.
She was born December 29, 1963 in Pine Bluff, daughter of the late Robert Edward Hall and Mae Baggett Hall.
Susie was reared and received her early education in Pine Bluff.
After the death of her husband, Scott Grimes, Susie was introduced to the Correctional Peace Officers Foundation, where she spent many years advocating for fallen officers, their families, and victims’ rights.
The job she loved most was being “Memaw”, spending every moment possible spoiling her fab five.
Along with her parents, Susie was preceded in death by two husbands, Scott A. Grimes and Bradley W. Jones; and brother, Robert E. Hall, Jr.
Survivors include two daughters, Rebecca Wood King and Robyn Wood; bonus children, Wynter Grimes, Failla Grimes, Cable Grimes, Matthew Jones and Mason Jones; two sisters, Sheryl Henderson and Angela Hall Bryant (Danny); and grandchildren, Riley Boyd, Hanah King, Hayven King, Rhett Wood and Jackson Pugh.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 4, 2019, in the Chapel of Ralph Robinson and Son with Reverend Don Breshears officiating. Interment will be private. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 3, 2019, 6:00-8:00 PM, at Robinson’s.
Memorials may be made to The Correctional Officers Foundation, 1346 N. Market Boulevard, Sacramento, California 95834.

Mrs. Susie was one of a kind. Loved her bunches and Mr. Scott. Remember them both cheering at softball games.
