Rena Mae Pierce Triplett, 86, passed away peacefully October 11, 2020 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center.

Born in Pine Bluff on August 18, 1934, a daughter of the late Harvey C. Sr. and Mattie “Macie” Johnson Pierce.

She was reared in Pine Bluff and attended Pine Bluff High School.

She married Bobby G. Triplett on April 3, 1951. After 49 years of marriage, Bobby went to meet the Lord in 2000.

Rena Mae was a devoted wife, loving mom, sister and friend. She was also “Jama” to 4 Grandchildren and 8 Great-grandchildren and “Aunt Pot” to many loving nieces and nephews.

She was a member of Watson Chapel Baptist Church and dedicated to daily bible study.

Survivors include two sons, Walter “Skip” Triplett and late wife Pam; Wayne Triplett and wife
Louise; four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by four sisters,
Wille Von Morgan, Patsy Lindsey, Nona Huntley, Jane Lee and one brother, Harvey Pierce.

Graveside services will be held at Ramick Cemetery Saturday, October 17 at 10:30 am with
Brother Steve Monk officiating by Ralph Robinson and Son Funeral Directors. Mrs. Triplett will be in state at Robinson’s Friday evening from 4-6 pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may take the form of contributions to Watson Chapel Baptist Church, 5514 Pinnacle Lane, Pine Bluff, AR 71603.

Skip and Wayne, I am so sorry for your Mom's passing. I have many fond memories of Aunt Rena Mae. Mostly from Christmas at Mama's. Those memories will be with be forever. She was a wonderful person to have known.

She was so kind and faithful. I was her housekeeper for a good while, when she lived on Shannon Road. I loved coming to her house. She always was a really nice person. I loved talking with her. God Bless the family. Prayers for you all.
