My prayers and healing thoughts go to Lance and the family. Kay was a dear friend and someone I could talk with while I was working at the Department and we continued to be close friends after I retired and after she retired. She was always positive even during the difficult times. She will be missed by many especially her family. God Bless.

I will forever hold a place in my heart for Ms Kay . I met her while working at C/O and she became like a Mom to me . I will always love and cherish our memories we have together. To Lance and the rest of the family just know she loved y’all dearly.
