George Ronald Santos, 75, of Pine Bluff, passed away Tuesday, August 20, 2019. He was born February 8, 1944 in California. He was raised in Massachusetts then he served in the US Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. He moved to Arkansas in the late 1970s and was employed as a construction worker until his retirement.
He loved motorcycles, and also loved going to casinos, where he would play cards and eat buffets. He was a lover of animals, and had several rescue dogs.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 22 years, Shirley Ann Roberts Santos, who preceded him in death November 13, 2014; and his beloved dog, Tyty.
George is survived by one son, Daniel Rogers; seven daughters, Tara Culbreath, Maddilynn Santos, Shelly Santos, Sonia Spinks, Shawna Brumett, Tina (Joe) Mayer and Cyndi Shalmy; 20 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and his bird, Charlie.
There will be no services at this time.
