Alexander Tyrell “Alex” Wilkinson, 26, was born March 10, 1997, in Pine Bluff. He was a 2017 graduate of White Hall High School and attended The Refuge Church. Alex loved fishing, hunting, and will be remembered by his family as a wonderful cook. A hard worker, he enjoyed yard work and helping his grandfather in the garden. He loved singing had such a beautiful voice and enjoyed working out and playing basketball. His work life consisted of various jobs, from Tyson’s to appliance repairman in his family’s business.

Alex passed away on Saturday, April 29, 2023, at his home and was preceded in death by his grandparents, Sharon and Samuel Wilkinson, Sr., and Donell Johnson.

Survivors include his mother, whom he loved dearly, Amanda Simpier; his father and step-mother, Christopher and Traci Johnson; great-grandparents, Louise and Joe Wood and Miranda Charles; his grandmother, Linda Faye Burks; two brothers, Landon Simpier and Krishawn Johnson; five sisters, Teara Walls, Linzey Johnson, Caileigh Johnson, Chrislynn Johnson, and Jada Watkins; and a number of aunts, uncles, cousins and other extended family.

Visitation will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, May 8, 2023, at Ralph Robinson and Son Funeral Directors, followed by a celebration of his life at 3:00 P.M. in the Chapel with Brother Mack Milner officiating.
